Lincoln Lager
An American-style lager made with the finest German malt and hops.  Our answer to BudMillerCoors, except ours is clean, crisp, and easy to drink. 
ABV= 4% IBU's= 9
 
Doug's Turbo Sarsaparilla
A rootbeer flavored malt beverage.  It's pop with a pop! 
ABV= 4.2%
 
Up North
A pilsner style made with 40% rye.  Crisp, and a little spicy from both the rye and the Northern Brewer hops.  As refreshing as a weekend getaway Up North!
ABV= 6%  IBU's= 40
 
Malcomson's Scotch Ale
Named for Scotland native and Henry Ford's original partner, Alexander Malcomson.  Rich, caramel malt flavor without being sweet.  A great winter ale!
ABV= 6.5%  IBU's= 21
 
Ring Around the Roselare
A Flemish-red style ale.  Slightly tart, with a hint of cherry.  Rich maltiness.  Very complex and unique.
ABV= 7%  IBU's= 20
 
Aleodisiac
An aphrodisiac ale.  Brewed with orange blossom honey, chocolate, hibiscus flowers, and lovage root.  A unique taste to put you in the mood.

The Big Three
An American style Imperial India Pale Ale.  Made with all American malt and three hop varieties.  Loads of hop flavor, and yet dangerously easy to drink!  Flavors of black currant and apricot are intermingled with assertive bitterness and a pleasant malt background.
ABV= 8%  IBU's= 95
 
Opus Amor
A wheat wine style, that's truly a labor of love.  A wheat wine is like a barley wine, which is just a strong style of ale that's usually very rich and high in alcohol.  Our version is 50% wheat and 50% barley.  Rich maltiness, with hints of raisins and plums.  A real treat!
ABV= 10%  IBU's= 85
 
Veizen Vine
The offspring of Opus, this ale was fermented with two different yeasts,  both traditionally used to produce hefeweizen.  It has the same malt richness as Opus, plus the classic banana and spice flavor of a hefeweizen.  Delicious!
