Stimulus Ale
An Imperial Saison style. Saison is French for "season", and is typically a summer beer. It's a style open
to interpretation. Our version is fermented with yeast from a small French Farmhouse brewery. Fruity, spicy, hopyy, and
very refreshing.
ABV= 7% IBU's= 80
Dubbel Play
A Belgian-style dubbel ale. Complex, with flavors of raisins, honey,
and spice. Sort of the Belgian version of a bock beer. Still very easy to drink.
ABV= 6.5% IBU's= 25
Third Shift
Breakfast Stout
An oatmeal stout made with vanilla flavored coffee. Creamy, roasty, and smooth. It's the best cup of coffee
in town!
ABV= 5% IBU's= 24
Piston Pale Ale
An IPA made with 50% wheat, 50% barley, and 100% Amarillo hops. The wheat
gives it a lighter, less malty character, and the hops provide a distinct citrus/grapefruit flavor and aroma. The ultimate summer
refresher for hop heads!
