The Brewing process
Adding pre-milled malt to the mash/lauter tun.
Stirring the mash to break up clumps and get an even temperature inside the mash tun.
This is what the mash looks like after it has been mixed properly. This was the
Breakfast Stout.
After about 1.5 hours, the wort, or sweet liquid made from mashing runs into this grant, where we pump it over to the kettle.
